Professional Quality Pig Roast machines and catering equipment            Professional catering Hog Roast. Available now from UK based manufacturer. We construct these units completely from stainless steel for ease of maintenance and to comply with catering regulations. Each unit comes complete with a 25mm stainless shaft and all the fittings to secure product for roasting. Shaft is driven by a 240v motor and meat revolves above twin gas burners. A non-powered model is available for those that prefer a static spit. A carving tray (removable) is also included. Unit runs from a standard gas bottle and is equiped with a long hose and a screw type regulator. The machine is fitted with a drain plug in its base to aid with emptying any waste and water when cleaning. The unit is attached to a powdercoated underframe with 2 transport wheels. We now offer a potato cooker based on a rotiserie. This machine is capable of cooking 40-50 jacket potatos in around an hour. The unit uses 4 trays suspended from a central spit, the carousel can also be used for other small joints, chickens etc making it very versatile.
