Questions before you order
How much is delivery and how fast is it?
Delivery is a flat £9.99 including VAT per order, to UK addresses only. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. You get a tracking email when your order is on its way.
Can I return a trim if it is the wrong size?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Email sales@trimprofiles.co.uk with your order number first and we will send the return details. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and there is no restocking fee. Items that have been cut or fitted cannot be refunded in full. See our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return cost.
Which stair nosing do I need for LVT or vinyl flooring?
Measure the thickness of your LVT or vinyl, including any underlay, and the depth of the step edge. Then choose a nosing whose sizes match – every nosing lists its exact width, depth and length in millimetres. If you are unsure, email us your measurements and we will help you choose.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to UK addresses only.
